The case, in 18kt rose gold, measures 43mm. Both crystals are AR-coated sapphire. It is water resistant to 100 meters.
The heart of this new Carrera chronograph is the Mikrograph movement, a TAG Heuer in-house COSC-certified movement that is capable of 1/100th of a second accuracy. It is based on a stopwatch from 1916, the first ever to time events to 1/100th accuracy. The blue chronograph central hand completes a full rotation of the dial every second!
